Resizing Dektop Icons

So I managed to resize my recycle bin last night and I can figure out how to make the icon smaller? it's been a while since I've played with Windows so any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Tap or click Windows key, scroll to find pinned Recycle bin icon and then right click on it.
You will get small menu with few actions: 1) Unpin from Start ( removes icon from start menu)
You need this------2) Resize ( hover your mouse over and it should display two actions Small and Medium, click on Small and Icon will resize.)
3)Open file location
