So on my SP3 on W8.1.1 when I plugged in my Fuji FinePix EXR digital camera in via USB I could of course see it in Explorer and go in and see my DCIM folder with my pics etc.
Now with Windows 10 I can see everything but the DCIM folder does not appear. Changing my Explorer settings to view ALL files doesn't make a difference. WTF.
If I remove the SD card and insert it into another laptop with Windows 10, I can see the DCIM folder and all my pics just fine.
I tried deleting the device in Device Manager, rebooting, and letting it reinstall when I plugged my camera in, same problem.
