Why can't I get Windows phone Bluetooth pictures to Windows 10 (It worked fine with Windows 8)?

windows phone can't bluetooth pictures to windows 10. It worked fine with Windows 8

My Lumia 935 windows phone always routinely sent pictures to my Lenovo IdeaCentre desktop when I have Windows 8 and 8.5. I upgraded to Windows 10. Both devices have Bluetooth on. The computer says my phone is paired with it. I try to upload a picture and I get the message "the device you're trying to send to doesn't support sharing over Bluetooth." We've restarted both devices.

Bluetooth stack is being fussy for me as well... I've uninstalled drivers and installed fresh Windows 10 version drivers a couple of times.

Still no love on file transfer FROM a Windows Phone. And my Arc Touch Mouse crashes at random times.

Keep checking for updates. Hopefully, one will be incoming soon for Bluetooth stack.
