Windows Central Question

I have upgraded to Windows 10. Now I cannot access or download files.

I have upgraded to Windows 10. Now I cannot access or download files. I am receiving a message the file is corrupt. Excel, Word, PDF, doesn't matter. What can I do to resolve the issue?
