How can I recover my lost wifi after the Windows 10 install

My wifi no longer connects since upgrading to Windows 10. I have restarted the router and modem and turned my wifi on my laptop on and off. Did I miss something? How can I get this working again?

Uninstall and reinstall drivers manually should help. Just make sure you download the drivers first haha.

Do you have a Wifi icon? Can you see your Router listed?

it's probably the wifi drivers as Matt says.
you should go to your OEM and get the newest ones, maybe try to install Windows 8 ones if needed. you can always plug your computer to an Ethernet and test it. you should find the best drivers for your hardware even if that means to go to manufacturer of the wifi chip and get the generic ones they make, I am sure that would be better than dealing with disconnections.
