Windows 10 Store App not working

First time to use the Store App today to install some apps after upgrade to Win 10 for 2 weeks. It is not working, The App open but nothing show up, it keeps displaying downloading sign. I have no way to upgrade or uninstall this App

I restarted my PC. The App worked
