Reset windows 10 without downgrade

I've updated my windows from 8.1 to 10 and I want to hard reset my pc without downgarding it. Is there any option to do this?

Go to Settings; Update & Security, Recovery and Reset this computer. This will help you if your PC is running slow or glitchy. Make sure to choose the reset option that allows you to keep all your data and files.
