Why will Windows 10 not play videos on facebook?

It started out as a temporary problem and has steadily gotten worse. It tries to load them then simply stalls and nothing. Anyone else have this problem?

You should offer more info: what browser are you using, the version of the flash player

I am having the same issue with this, running firefox (latest version) the most up to date flash player (recently installed).. yet any video's inside facebook or news sites either stalls or hangs (visual only, audio seems to be fine). Drivers appear to be up to date. Any suggestions?
