Windows 10: why is my laptop heating up and slowing down after upgrading?

Windows 10: my laptop is heating up and slowing down after upgrading.

After upgrading to windows 10 my laptop is started heating up and slowed down.
I noticed in task manager there is an application named 'IAStoreDataSvc (32 bit)', its using about 30% CPU.
And when I end this app, my laptop behaves normal (no heatup, no slow down). What is this application is for?
Any one else also having similar problem?

That is an intel driver, it is probably out of date and i'd try going to their website and downloading the newest one, let it run an auto scan, cause I am not sure what it is for
