Windows 10 crashing continually
I am not a tech head, I bought a new computer a year ago and installed windows 8 pro which I got to know, not necessarily like, but it was fine. All my work is on there. I was forced to upgrade to windows 10 which took forever to install. Went on hol, came home and it crashes within 5 mins of being on. I tried to go back to win 8 but it has taken it upon itself to remove win 8. I tried to reload it but it wants to wipe my computer clean if I do so. I can't take my files off the computer before it crashes. What's the solution please?? I'm back at work in a week and don't know what to do!
