Earlier version of internet explorer (IE 8 or 7) on Windows 10

Is it possible to install IE 7 or 8 on windows 10. I have a program that I need which doesn't work correctly in other versions of IE.

Have you tried to open it on IE and used the compatibility mode? It should be at right click or at the tools menu.
