Can't update to Windows Phone 10 on my Lumia 1520

I would like to know if there is an official release of WP10 for Lumia 1520. I tried update and it says your phone is up to date under WP8.1 . Is there going to be an official release why can't I post a quote on the first answer.

There is no official version. You must install Windows insider program first, then check for updates, then install the preview version of WP10
