Why can't I install Windows 10 Mobile TP- Build 10515!?

I can't install Windows 10 Mobile TP- Build 10515!

Hey. This is my first time posting here! I have a unlocked Lumia 930 CV-000-HK for Hong Kong (I'm in Pakistan). I've been having lots of trouble upgrading to the 10515 build. I reset my phone from the 10166 version. Still wont get the latest one. I performed the recovery and downgraded to WP8.1 and then upgraded, still wont get 10515, it'll only give me upgrade 10166. I even flashed the British firmware, (000-GB) ffu file. It still gives me 10166. Please help. And yes, I'm on insider fast, and I never registered for Insider Slow. Thanks.

Actually...it takes too much time while upgrading from 10166 build as I suffered from this problem...it took about of 1 and half day to successfully upgrade to 10512 build and during this process it failed for 2-3 times...in progress bar it will show that its stuck at 0% but it is actually downloading but wont show in the progress bar...but keep ur eye in update menu it might fail if it fails then u can try again for the update(try again and again if it fails) and it will download the build and u can do a install but u should do a clean install for the best user experience...

Thanks for the reply.I know it takes time, but mine doesnt even install or download tp 10515. It only upgrades to 10166 and then says there are no upgrades available.
