How do I go about burning a disk with Windows 10?

I highlight pictures then go to share and hit burn disk. enter a disk in the dvd drive and it the computer hums then stops. I already had to do a patch around to get volume on my video files. I have a Toshiba with I 3 processor and 4 gb ram. help

Sounds like a driver issue, I'd reinstall the drivers for your dvd drive in device manager, and if that doesn't fix it id try using the contact support app, see if they can help, and if they can't try contacting Toshiba.
