How to save files on W10? Permission issues

Can somebody help. I keep having the same problem when I try to save a file. It keeps telling me I don't have permission. This happens often, particularly when trying to save files to my synced Onedrive folders I have on my machine (but also even when I try local folders). Sometimes it tells me I need permission from the administrator...but I am the administrator I have changed the permissions (at least I think I have).

Anybody else having this problem? Help!

well you have to right click on the folder and go to security and change advanced permissions there. that's the only thing that can complain about permissions and such. you change the owner of the folder or maybe you are the owner and you only need to add a new permission put your username and give full control.
