Miracast limited to 720p on Surface Pro 1 after Win10 upgrade

After updating to Windows 10 on my SP1, I noticed that wireless displays now have a max resolution of 1280x720 60Hz. In 8.1, I used to have access to 1920x1080 30hz. Anyone else have this problem? Didn't experience this on a different laptop, though.

Using a Netgear PTV3000 with the latest firmware (so far).
