Surface Pro3 now listed as "PC" in store

I ran into a bunch of errors updating some apps and it turns out i've hit the max 10 limit - it looks like EVERY time you install windows, even on the same hardware it thinks it's a new PC -- eh?

I cleaned it all up, but when i did the updates on my SP3 it now shows it as "PC" - there is still a device there called lori-sp3 which was last updated on ... 7/29/2015 .... hmmmm .. I wonder what happened that day ???

clearly a bug in the store - just wondered if anyone else is seeing this and if they managed to fix it
