Crash on dual monitor setup

I am running WIndows 10 on my Lenovo Thinkpad X200 tablet and am suffering reboot loop problems as long as the system turns off dual screens after a period of no activities. I suspect the graphics card driver is not compatible with Windows 10. My graphics card is the Mobile Intel 4 series chipset. Sometimes, the BSOD gives the "Critical process died" error. Can anyone provide a solution to fix it? Thanx.
