How to turn off the notification about key status?

After the latest update of Windows 10, whenever I turn on or off the CAPS LOCK, the NUM LOCK and SCROLL LOCK, I get an annoying notification saying their on or off. How do I make this notification away?

EDIT: Problem solved, seems it was a process that came with the HP mouse I bought. Weird.

Hi ! i had the same problem. key status notifications due to my HP wireless mouse.
This post gave me some hint to start searching how to disable this notification.

So there is the solution that's work for me :
i've jus had to uninstall the "HP Wireless Mouse Suite" from "Programs & Features", restart, and then everything's ok !
(don't worry ! mouse still working after uninstall)

i hope that could help someone having same trouble with this annoying notification.
