Windows 10 update causes my computer to Flash. CTRL, ALT, DEL, does not bring up Task Manager.
Against my better judgement, I upgraded to Windows 10 on my Toshiba. Typically, when a new program comes out, I wait at least 6 months before installing, so that most of the kinks are taken care of. Like everyone else, the flashing screen is frustrating me. What's worse is I cannot get to the Task Manager by hitting the 3 necessary keys. ARGH!! Never again. Have no clue what I will do, trash it and buy an Apple Laptop!!
