Windows 10 Update: why can't I access user profile?

Windows 10 Update Can't Use

Hello-

I installed Windows 10 onto my machine and now I cannot access my user profile. When I enter it my main screen just keeps flashing to a black screen and the circle of death just keeps running... This sucks, I have my life on this computer.
