Patches as a service

Has Microsoft released any info how patches will be handled? As an IT pro, I currently spend hours downloading patches for Windows 7 when bringing in a new PC (if I don't use an image). As Windows 10 will be with us for the foreseeable future, will we be plagued by hours- and day-long builds? I turn over ~40 PCs a year. I don't want to spend days building a PC.
