I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10..but I am unable to sign into the Windows store. What should I do?

I upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10....but I am unable to sign in windows store

After upgrade I cannot sign in windows store....when i open it and click on sign in it just exits itself and also in Movies and TV app when i click on sign in nothing happens and in settings, in accounts section in your account when i click on "sign in with a microsoft account" nothing happens......
Kindly help....

Have you tried running "sfc /scannow" in command prompt with Administrator privileges (run as administrator)?
