Windows 10 update keyboard issues

Windows 10 update caused some keys to stop working on my laptop. Please help!

I can't be the only person with this issue...

Every now and then, all keys work fine for a short while, then back to lots of keys not working at all for ages. All happened after Windows 10 update... So bizarre...

...a helpful response would be appreciated!
