Network public/private

Hi. Does anyone else have an issue where win10 keeps changing back to public network, and how to fix it to stay private. I changed back to private network 3-4 times now. I'm not sure if its because my computer is off a few days or if its after updates.

Have you enrolled in a Homegroup to "seal the deal" that you are on a Private network?
