able to hide default user folders in windows explorer

I would like to hide desktop, documents, downloads, music, pictures, and videos folder under this PC in windows explorer.

Any ideas people?

Pretty sure these folders are integral to the OS and how they are assuming you use the OS. You might be able to "spoof" your shortcut into showing a different folder structure. Other than that, you might be headed into a long journey into the internets and registry settings that could mess up your OS. (So make sure to save a snapshot before you attempt any changes!!!)
