When you upgrade to Win10 from a Win7 Premium machine you only get a Win10 Home version

In that version you have no control of MS downloads ....they force and install as they have in the Insider program

To upgrade to Win10 Pro in the US costs $US99 .... if you follow the path they suggest...."Settings......to Activation - to Store" you are sent to the US store and can't order from there as they do not recognise any Canadian provinces. So you are obliged to do a telephone order.....to the US store again (where they don't even recognise the name of a Canadian province) and the charge is

If i could get a Premium one on school's PC here in Bosnia, hell, you should be able to get one in Canada.
