Can I get some help with the Netflix App on Windows 10?

Need help with Netflix App on windows 10

So, i downloaded and installed the Netflix app for Windows 10, and everytime i click to open it, it pops up in a new screen and has the rotating dots for about 15 seconds, then the window closes and nothing happens. Any suggestions as to fixes?

I have the same problem. Mobile Build 10536, Lumia 925. Problem started while on Build 10512. It was working on Build 10512, and later it stopped. I am unsure whether there was a Netflix app update that did it. Thus, I wait. Now I updated to build 10536, and the problem is still there. Netflix works fine on my 2 Windows 8.1 phones. I searched on Windows Feedback and on Google and can only find scattered reports. So I am concluding it is not a widespread problem. Therefore, I am wondering whether I need to do a hard reset. I hate to do it, as I have to restore from backup and everything else. Had not done a hard reset where I had to restore, so I do not know what I am biting off. Any suggestions, before I try?
