Windows 10 Causing Twitter Problem ?

Since upgrading to Windows 10 I cannot use Twitter.

* I cannot post a message.
* I cannot connect to anyone.
* I cannot see photographs
* I cannot see Trending Topics.
* I cannot retweet.

I have contacted Twitter 'Help' three times without response.

Any ideas ?
