when will microsoft release windows 10 officially?

its been a long time since microsoft has been releasing developer versions......when will they officially release it? im pissed of downloading each time new developer version of it........

If you're using PC, then umm... It released last July (might wanna use the ISO creator tool if you're ahead). On mobile, you should wait till October for a better answer.

The release date is unknown but Windows 10 for phones will probably be announced on Oct 6th in Microsoft's press event.

I'm confused. It's an opt in program. The official version has been out for a while now.
