Do anyone else miss keyboard shortcuts for Windows 10 Apps?

One of the things I've always liked about Windows for desktop were the keyboard shortcuts for apps (specially these Alt key shortcuts with underlined letters). I've noticed that in some Windows 10 Apps, keyboard shortcuts are still present, but there's nothing telling about how to use them, not about their existence (like the Mail App, which supports every shortcut presente in Outlook.com but there's no tip that they're present).

How are people dealing with it? Am I getting something wrong?
