Windows 7 to Windows 10 NOW to force

Hello

I am on windows 7 and i want to have free upgrade of windows 10. Can i force or have free upgrade now ?

If it's not downloading / installing, then you could use the media creation tool which you can download and keep on a separate device, then use to install Win 10 on your PC or any other. That was the quickest and easiest way for me for my 2x media pc's, server pc and HP lappy instead of downloading it for each machine.

Assuming you have genuine windows:
1. If Service Pack 1 is not installed, you need to install it before you will get the upgrade icon.
2. Download KB3035583 and KB2952664 from Windows Update and restart PC.
3. Double-click the Get Windows 10 trey icon, and click "Reserve your free upgrade". You'll get a notification when W10 is downloaded and ready for installation.
