Is there a way to move the universal volume control to a secondary monitor or change its delay?

I've been using OneDrive music streaming with Grove again recently, which gives you playback controls in the universal volume control that comes up on screen when you perform any playback operation (change volume/pause/etc). I've looked around though, but I haven't been able to find a way to change the amount of time the control stays on screen after a change, or to reposition it, since it's pretty big when you have playback going. I'd like to have it either disappear faster, or at least show up on the secondary display instead of the primary. Yes, I know I could just switch the primary/secondary monitors, but I'd like more granular control here. Anyone found a setting to change this (either surfaced or something in the registry that you can change)?
