Windows 10 : How to set my bluetooth connection as limited

Hi,
I'm using my lumia 625 (which has windows phone 10 build 10536) to connect my laptop (windows 10 too) to the internet using bluetooth (less battery consuming & has smaller rang = more security) , the problem that i'm facing is that I can't set my connection as limited like wifi connections .
Is there any way to do that please?
because I have always automatic updates and I only have a very limited bandwidth :/ I really need help ... and is there any tool usb tether my phone to my laptop?

yeah, they don't work the same...
so your only way to set as metered is by going into wifi, because Bluetooth is treated like if it was Ethernet connection and we know that can't be set as metered.
