1. My internet connection drops out continually.
2. I get a ping noise when typing and I need to reset the cursor every time.
3. Outlook continually freezes and won't work
4. Programs are often difficult to open then suddenly do.
All of the above require constant restarts.
5. With Windows 7 my internet connection opened first then my virus protection which immediately updated this has now reversed and the update happens down the track.
6. The three times I rang customer service I got zero help. Then I wrote to Microsoft, same as customer service, no reply, no support.
