Startup does some really weird things. [HELP]
Just now, this has never happened before, whenever I boot up my Windows 10 PC a DELL loading bar (blue) shows up and when it fully loads my computer makes a beeping noise. This has never happened before. The BIOS controls also show up. When if goes on to the next screen a seemingly random set of colored noise appears at the top of my monitor and parts of it move around. I really don't know how to describe this. after that it goes to my lock screen and spams the number "6" in my password bar. I don't know if it's a virus to screw with me (the 666 makes me think so) of maybe just a bug
