Windows Store Help, *with Pic to see the problem*

I have the picture here so you can see the issue, but this installation is stuck and I can't cancel it. I tried WSreset.exe command on Run so many times. Any help/ideas on how to fix this? Running regular Windows 10 Pro on my dekstop. Insider on my Samsung ATIV is less of a headache surprisingly.
