Unable to change system language starting from build 10547
Since I'm from Hong Kong, my default system language is Chinese Traditional. I changed it to English UK when I had updated the computer to 10523. It worked until it was updated to 10547. No matter I changed the location and format to UK, the system language is still Chinese Traditional. I also did the applying the international settings thing. It's useless. In the language settings, it says language pack unavailable.
What should I do?
