Win10 store - app licences do not sync

Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing problems with the app licence syncronization in the Win 10 store. While all my licences have been synced when I updated my computer from 8.1 to 10, it didn't work when I updated my Surface Pro 3 this week.
After logging out of the store and changing to a local account and back my app list is still empty :unhappy:
Win 10 copied all of my installed apps and they work, but others which I had not installed show up as not purchased yet.
Is there a solution?
Any ideas?
