Windows 10, Interests not working

So apparently Interests aren't working because "I am offline" yet, I am currently writing this post on the site. How? Hell if Cortana knows. Is there anyway to trick Cortana into thinking I am online so she will actually work, unlike normal and having her break 24/7?

As you said, you are connected to an active connection to the internet, as you are able to browse to websites. It is possible that Cortana isn't able to reach the Microsoft servers. It could be a temporary geographic issue, Cortana is currently working for me.

Apparently, I went into my Bing Personalization menu, and cleared out favorite places and what she knows about me and, Cortana started working again.
