Turn laptop to a Hotspot in Windows 10

I connect my laptop to Internet using a 3G modem.
To share this connection with my cellphone and tablet, I used to do following on Windows 7:

1. run these commands in CMD as administrator:
netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=MySSID key=MyPassword
netsh wlan start hostednetwork

2. Go to Network Connections, and right-click on the 3G connection, go to Properties -> Sharing and then check "Allow other network users ...", and choose the network of MySSID for sharing.

3. On tablet or cellphone connect to MySSID.

On Windows 10, I repeat the same procedure. The tablet/cellphone can connect to MySSID, but Internet is not shared with them. So I can't browse web on tablet/cellphone.

Does Windows 10 require an extra action/step ?
