Win 10 mail replies to servers, why aren't my emails being sent?

Win 10 mail replies to servers

Ok. Not sure I am using the right terms here but i'll try to be as clear as possible. Let's say someone sends me a message through the ebay website. On outlook, web or phone, when I reply, it sends to the person who wrote the message. Win 10 mail app, replies to the website server, lets say "answer@ebay.com", so the message bounces back to me and is not sent.

Any way around this?

The reply address is probably a non-existent email. What is the address? No-reply@ebay.com or similar...
