Why is my settings app freezing on system > apps & features

Hi.

My settings app keeps freezing, but only when I select System > Apps & features and System > Storage, at least as far as I am aware of.

I am running build 10586, but already had this problem in build 10571, the first one I had as an Insider for PC. Does anyone else has the same issue?

You're not alone. I'm having the same issue.
Oddly enough it's only happening to one of my 5 Win10 devices.

I had this problem with a brand new HP Probook and fresh installation of Win. 10. Went to BIOS setup and disabled TPM security. It doesn't freeze anymore, even I enabled TPM security afterwards.
