Since upgrading to Windows 10, why has this operating system made my phone terrible?

my phone is better .........?

I upgrade my lumia 540 8.1 to windows 10 but i have problem with this operating system

i cant activate double tap wake screen

i cant move apps ...to sd card pleaase help me
