Why doesn't my store open in Windows 10?

Why does'nt my store open in windows 10

When I try and open my store in windows 10 it will just pop up really quick then go away. And when I try and open any of my apps it tells me that they can't be opened and to go to the App Store to fix but I can't open the app store. I have tried every fix out there that I could find and no luck. Is there something I missed? Help please this is driving me insane. Thanks

Same problem with the store in win 10 (pro). Other apps seem to function normally. The problem started yesterday. Don't have a solution.

Just checked my other PC with win 10 (home). Both have same build (10240). Differing specs, variable programs and apps installed. No problem with store or with apps.

EDIT: Installed yesterday the new build (10586) and the Problem was solved by itself.
