Ugly icons for universal skype

I updated win 10 to TH2 trough the insider program assuming the bits would be the same.

My universal skype programs have these icons

However in this screenshot from WinBeta you can clearly see a different, nicer icon: http://www.winbeta.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/skype-1.png

If you did the upgrade/insider build what icons do you have? what version is your skype video app? My skype video version is 1.11.3005.0

look at the date of the picture, then look at the Edge icon, then the Explorer icon, then look at the borders how bad it looks compared to what you get today in Windows 10, and of course no shadows under windows.
in other words.. it's not even a real screenshot, just one of those "fake" images Microsoft show.
so I don't even understand the point of this thread...

see the icons? they take your accent color like other windows 10 icons around.

if you want to get the apps correctly uninstall with powershell and reinstall on store.

anyway it's your opinion about they being ugly, to me they are fine, they are icons anyway and I have more things to do in a computer than paying attention to icons I won't really be using, because desktop Skype still exist.
