Windows 10 Fall update messed up my system even more!

I was expecting more speed and stability after the fall update instead it made my system dead slow. Boot time is at the highest point ever, more than windows 7, can't switch to a local account -shows error x80004005, Cortana doesn't accept English US for the speech with Indian region, and in the settings->speech -> can't find any other speech except eng US. Every opens so slow. Hating the update so far

Make a backup to external hard drive. Download the ISO and do a clean install.
 
Okay the condition improved, now I'm able to work properly. May be the initial setup made this a bit rough.
 
Even more mess, Why did new update changed shortcuts of Pictures & Documents from "This Computer" to One Drive locations? I don't want to put my stuff in onedrive! I cannot change those shortcuts as well. What a mess MS!
