Windows November update got stuck at 40% in dvp8

Hey I just downloaded the update and when rebooted to install it. It got stuck at 40%. Is it the problem with Dell Venue Pro 8 in general or just me?

Actually it's a common problem (read: bug) with all devices carrying an sd-card...
