PC crash and unable to restart after Windows 10 November update

Hi

My PC started updating Windows 10 today. This seemed ok but then the system crashed. Now the PC can be switched on but nothing comes on to the screen.The mouse flashes once but no permanent red light comes on. I called Microsoft and no resolutions. It's almost like the PC does not recognise USBs or the monitor.

I can't quit the boot nor get it to boot from a disk. I don't even know if the keyboard is being recognised.

Has anyone else had similar since the November (threshold 2) update?

I just update my laptop and no issues at first boot.

How is your monitor connected by i.e hdmi, dvi, vga etc?
