Windows 10 - common start menu, taskbar, app problem

Hello

Here's the problem with my Windows 10:

start menu not working
taskbar not working
system tray not working
edge vanished
cortana vanished
app store unaccesible

There are so many so called solutions out there but none seem to work for me. For example I have tried the commonly listed solutions such as:

creating a new user - doesn't allow me to.
powershell various commands (As admin) - doesn't do anything
deleting various anti-virus/spyware programs - achieves nothing

What else can i do?

Having exactly the same issue... Please help as I can't even open settings to downgrade! ARRRGGGHHH!

Also having close to the same problem. I just updated to 1511 Build 10586.3 and my search bar wont work, cortana wont fire up, edge browser loads then quickly fails, and when i click the battery icon on the taskbar nothing happens. I've tried the exact same things that you have and none of them have worked. Not sure what to do. FML.
